Congratulations to Crabapple Crossing!  We placed 2nd in the music grant, "Is Your School Red, White, & TrueBlue!"  We received $1,000 towards the CCE music program!

Thank you to all who voted for CCE in the "Is Your School Red, White, and TrueBlue" competition!  We find out the results tomorrow!  I will be going to the Children's Museum of Atlanta to find out if we are 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place winners.  Stay tuned for an update!

As you many of you may know, Crabapple Crossing Elementary submitted a video entry for the music grant, “Is Your School Red, White, & TrueBlue?”  The winner of the grant receives $2,500 to go towards their music program.  Because of our video entry, we have been chosen as a finalist!  There are 3 finalists listed, and in order to win, WE NEED YOUR VOTE!!!

Imagine It! The Children's Museum of Atlanta and Georgia Natural Gas® TrueBlue Schools® want to know if our school is Red, White & TrueBlue!  In the spirit of Making America's Music: Rhythm, Roots & Rhyme, exhibiting through January 9, 2011 at The Children's Museum of Atlanta, they are launching a YouTube contest  for one elementary school to receive $2,500 toward their music program!
