Good afternoon!
We want to thank you for all of your support at the Fall Festival performance. The crowd reaction, as well as feedback has been nothing but positive praise for your children. They truly sound amazing this year and we are so lucky to have such a wonderful group of singers!
My apologies in advance for the length of this email. We have many upcoming events and information that we need to communicate with you. Some of this only applies to certain grade levels, so please read closely!
I also wanted to take a moment to sincerely apologize for all the confusion last week over email regarding the attendance at the Fall Festival. I assumed that dismissal would run the same as it does for every Monday rehearsal; however, I failed to take into consideration the fact that classroom teachers were unaware as to who was cleared to stay for the extra rehearsal. I apologize for sending a last minute email and hope that you understand that it was my fault for not planning better!
1. We have been asked to sing at the Milton Roundup (City of Milton Fall Festival) next Saturday, October 15 at 12:00 noon. We will again be singing the National Anthem, as well as a few other songs we’ve been working on. Please RSVP and let me know only if your child WILL be able to attend. The event will take place at Birmingham UMC, 15770 Birmingham Highway, Milton, 30004. Parking is off site (follow the parking signs) and aboard the shuttle bus to the event. Chorus members need to meet at the cloister stage (the brick plaza between the church sanctuary and fellowship hall) at 11:45am. Please plan to park between 11:15-11:30.
2. FOR PARENTS OF 5TH GRADE CHORUS MEMBERS ONLY: We will be going on a field trip on Tuesday, December 13th to perform winter songs at Jackson Healthcare. They would like to provide Chorus members with cookies and juice after our performance. We want to make sure that each and every Chorus member enjoys a snack; however, I know some of your children may have food allergies that were not listed on their Chorus contract. Please let me know if your child has a food allergy, and if so, a snack that he/she enjoys so that we may have that available on the day of the field trip. Thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to read all the above information. We’re looking forward to all of our upcoming performances, especially our Winter Concert on December 8th!
Musically,
Michelle, Marie, and Jessica

Good evening!
I apologize for the late email. Hope you have all had a wonderful weekend!
Just a reminder that Chorus rehearsal resumes tomorrow, Monday September 12. Rehearsal ends at 3:45pm and you can pick up your child(ren) by the bus ramp. We will begin running carpool at 3:45pm.
Thank you so much for a smooth pickup at our first rehearsal 2 weeks ago. We very much appreciate your patience, as we needed to go over a few dismissal rules with your children. Their safety is always our first priority when dismissing from Chorus. We're looking forward to a great year! More information to come!
If you or anyone you know is NOT receiving emails, please contact Ms. Cygielman: Cygielman@fultonschools.org so that I can add you to the email list!
